The 8th Annual Mill Falls' Best of Both Worlds 5K Road Race & Family Fun Run is on!

This is a perfect event for friends & families of all ages featuring an adorable Fun Run and a challeging 5K Road Race with professional timers. The routes for both events are on the east side of Southern New Hampshire University's campus centered at their beautiful stadium and includes Field Games, Face Painting, Crafts, all set to music, as well as great breakfast treats & more! 

This event raises critical funds for our public Montessori school located in Manchester, NH. Celebrate and support our unique public Montessori school community as you join hands in healthy and fun activities. We can't wait to greet you on Sunday, September 27th!

On Saturday October 24th, Fellowship Housing Opportunities will hold its 5th annual 5K road race, FHO's Fall Fun 5K.

Start time is 9:00am.

This race features a flat, neighborhood course in South Concord that ends and finishes in picturesque Rollins Park.

Souhegan Relays

Souhegan Relays

The varsity relay races will consist of three 3-person teams from each school. The race will start with 3 runners from each school starting together, when each of those runners finishes, the second person of the 3-person team starts. Each runner will run a 4k loop. Scoring for the relay will be determined in the usual manner by adding the place finishes of the third runner from each of the three trios from a school. Ties will be broken by the position of each school's best 3 person team.

Coach Korcoulis Invitational

Elias Korcoulis, (1940 – March 4, 2006) known to his friends as Lou and to thousands others as Coach was the cross-country and track coach for Hollis/Brookline High School in Hollis, New Hampshire. He began working at Hollis/Brookline in 1962 and started the cross-country, winter track, and spring track programs. During his career, Coach led the Hollis/Brookline Cavaliers to twenty-six state championships.

John Eastman Invitational

ENTRIES: All entries will be done on Direct Athletics. Entries close at 7 pm on 4/10/26. Each team may enter a maximum of five athletes per event. Lane assignments will be based on seed times that coaches have entered on Direct Athletics. Please bring all scratches to the timing tent near the finish line upon arrival.

RESULTS: Live results will be available on www.upstarttiming.com

SCHEDULE: Field events and the 4 by 800 relay will start promptly at 9 am. Other running events will immediately follow completion of the 4 by 800’s. The order of running events will be the same order used in our state meets. Girls precede boys in all running events. No trials will be held.

Order of Field Events:

Javelin: boys then girls, Shot: girls then boys, Discus: boys then girls

Triple jump: boys then girls, Long jump: girls then boys

High jump: boys then girls- boys open at 5’ 0”, girls at 4’ 0”

Pole Vault: girls then boys- girls open at 6’ 0”, boys at 7’ 0”

All jumpers are requested to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and warm-up.

Throws and jumps will be in flights - 3 jumps in the long and triple, and three

attempts in the shot, discus, and javelin. No finals.

EQUIPMENT: Spikes up to 1/4”( pyramids) are allowed on the track and runways. Blocks will be provided.

AWARDS: First Place Medals will be awarded to all individual event winners and relay team winners. Also, First and Second Place Team awards will be handed out at the completion of the meet.

ENTRY FEE: Registration fee is $150.00 per gender team. So $300 if you are entering both a Girls and Boys team. Please make checks payable to Souhegan High School.
